I was previously offering two types of sessions–Nervous System-Oriented Therapeutic Massage and Somatic Bodywork–but I am currently only offering my standard Nervous System-Oriented Therapeutic Massage session for general booking.
Nervous System-Oriented Therapeutic Massage
This is my standard offering. I use touch of varying pressure, assisted movement, and gentle assisted stretching to release patterns of tension held in the nervous system and increase range of motion. These sessions are great for general relaxation, muscle tension, and relief from chronic pain. The client is not expected to participate or interact with me in these sessions.
In a Therapeutic Massage session, I will use whatever quality and depth of pressure resonates best for the client and produces the best results. This type of session would be appropriate for people who are seeking common modalities such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, or trigger point therapy. My style of massage is multi-modal, which means I draw techniques from multiple styles of bodywork, combining them within a nervous-system oriented framework.
All Nervous System-Oriented Therapeutic Massage sessions include optional heat therapy and aromatherapy at no extra charge.

Clairvoyant Energy Healing
I am planning on expanding my practice to include Clairvoyant Psychic Readings and Energy Healing sessions, both in-person incorporating light touch, as well as no-touch. No-touch sessions could be in person, or through the internet/phone.
I am still working on my skills and am not yet accepting payment for these sessions, so if you are interested in a free reading or healing, let me know!
I have been training for about a year and a half with Richard Pozzuto, founder of The Audacious Spirit. We primarily use techniques developed at the Berkeley Psychic Institute. The style of reading/healing I do is no-tools (no cards, objects, etc.) It is in many ways similar to Reiki, except the energy I work with is not Reiki energy, but other frequencies.
I invite my client to make a request for what they would like me to look at/provide healing for. This could be a life situation, an emotional issue, or a physical ailment. I interpret what I see clairvoyantly using the rubric of the chakra system, and provide verbal feedback and healing interventions as necessary.
Healing is change, and change is healing. My goal in these sessions is to provide clients with new perspectives in order to help them access possibilities for positive change.
